Five stars! We could not have asked a better realtor to sell our family home than Addora Beall. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly, and trustworthy, which was especially important since one of us lives out of state. Even though Addora has a very busy real estate business, she treated us like we were her only clients. She always had time to answer our questions. Phone calls, texts, and emails were always returned promptly, if not answered initially. We are certain that had it not been for Addora we would not have received the interest, offers, and ultimate selling price for our family home. She was able to stick to her established timeline to make the house ready for sale, list and show it, receive and consider offers, and close escrow. Addora has an abundance of resources available to her, including her own interior design expertise, which definitely enhanced the value of our family home. With regard to all of the paperwork involved in the sale of our house, Addora was very patient in walking me through all of it and answering any and all questions we had. Addora represented me during a hot seller's market. She was always accessible. I'm a pretty punctual person, but Addora is even more punctual than me! Covid made showings more difficult as everyone had set appointment times. Whenever I wanted to see a property, she was able to get us an appointment right away, even for the extremely popular houses. Often, there were other buyers who would linger around after their appointment time and others who would try to start entering earlier and try to push us out, but they were no problem for Addora. She would make sure that I got to see everything I wanted to see during my scheduled time. She gave her honest opinion on the houses we saw and didn't pressure me to make a decision. She would reassure me when I was feeling frustrated and would remind me that I am making a huge purchase so it would have to be something I was happy and comfortable with. With it being such a hot market, she gave suggestions on ways to make my offer stand out. During escrow and after closing, there were many issues that came up. She always advocated for me and made sure that I was treated fairly. Even though the home buying process was exhausting, I am very happy that I had Addora by my side!
